If German is your second (or third) language and you would like to maintain your skill this weekly class is for you. For advance conversational German Speakers.

Close out your day with some smooth moves in this lower intermediate Line Dancing class with Bonnie Deutch.
 
Geri-Fit:  Monday, 9/27 @ 9:00am
Are you 55+ and looking for a workout that will keep you active, all while being safe and working on fall prevention? Sign up for GeriFit. Sign-up required, must be a valid Library card holder. Please bring your own 2-3 pound dumbbell, a stretch band, and water to drink during the workout. *Please consult your physician before participating in this exercise.
 
Mahjong:  Monday, 9/27 @ 12:30pm
One of the oldest board games in the world - Mahjong - depends on skill, strategy, and a certain degree of luck. Join us by calling to sign up.
 
Senior Scult:  Tuesday, 9/28 @ 9:00am
A workout for seniors 55+.  Please bring your own 2-3 pound dumbbell, a stretch band, and water to drink during the workout. *Please consult a physician before partipating in this program.

Medicare/Medicaid:  Tuesday, 9/28 @ 1:00pm
Medicare Annual Open Enrollment is happening from 10/15-12/7. Did you know you have options to review and if necessary change your current plan? Join Lois Raymond from Belknap Merrimack County Service Link, to learn the ins and outs of Medicare Open Enrollment, your Medicare options and the Medicare Savings Program along with Medicaid information. Lois will also give you information to prevent, detect and report fraud, errors and Medicare/Medicaid abuse.

Do you have basic questions about what to do with your computer or need help with downloading audio books or using our telescope? Check-Out-An-Expert with your library card and receive the assistance you need. Sessions are 20 minutes max if someone is waiting.
 
Paint Group:  Wednesday, 9/29 @ 1pm
Join us for an informal painting session with other artists (and amateurs, too)! Bring your own supplies, gather new ideas or continue on your old projects and let your creativity flow. Held in the Storytime Room.
 
Music Group/Sing Along: Wednesday, 9/29 @ 2pm
Sing, sing a song, sing out loud, sing out strong! Do you sing in the shower? Maybe hum a tune while working around your house? Sing along with the radio? Then we want you - to join Jane Ellis, here at the library for a weekly group sing a long. Have some fun while belting through some of your old favorites, and learn some new.

This week, our Aging Well segment is Managing Your Medications - discover effective strategies to manage your medications, how to store them properly and how to properly dispose of them. This program will be presented by Ann Marie Bisson, RPh.
